Duberia Realty Services (DRS) is real estate Consulting arm of Duberia Group. The Company made rapid growth ever since as evident by the fact that currently we are advising around 60 real estate developing companies all across India for their Mall Leasing, Commercial leasing and investment, Land agency and Residential marketing and we are on the panel of consultants for almost 400 National and Multinational companies to assist their needs for Office Space Requirement, Industrial Requirement, Retail Outlet Requirement etc.

Our biggest asset at DRS is our team of professionals and a footprint in 10 cities through our Associates from the real estate industry. We strongly believe in and strive to specialize in providing real estate advice to corporate and institutions that have either recently arrived in the country or already has an established presence. The vastness of our real estate experience, supported by a thorough understanding of India’s local and regional markets, allows us to advice on how a property portfolio can best contribute to a corporation's overall profitability. In Mall management having specialty in Positioning, Zoning, Tenant Mix, Promotional Events, Infrastructure Management, Ambiance Management, Marketing and Finance/Facilities Management. We believe that Mall management is a critical factor for the success of any Mall. We ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet organizational needs and management of facilities provided to the tenants within the mall.
